Nancy’s twenty years as a senior executive in the entertainment industry have given her a collaborative and solution-driven approach to executive coaching. She coaches senior executives to gain effective leadership skills, to communicate with clarity and impact, and to develop and sustain successful relationships up and down the corporate ladder. Clients appreciate her steadfast commitment to creating lives that consistently blend career achievement with personal satisfaction.

Nancy’s entertainment career spanned the advertising, production and creative sides of the business, culminating at Lifetime Television, where she supervised the development and production of television movies. This position required creativity, strong managerial skills and a keen ability under high pressure to oversee complex projects and personalities.

Nancy has a BA in Political Science from Pomona College. She is a certified coach through the prestigious International Coach Federation and The Coaches Training Institute. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association. She lives in Santa Monica with her husband and two teenage children.
